    Essential Overview of a Brilliant Musical Career

    "Dig The New Breed" was the final release (not including all the compilations released after the band's breakup) from The Jam in 1982. It is a collection of live performances recorded between 1977 and 1982 that really captures how prolific The Jam were and how much the grew musically in only 5 short years! The sound quality of the performances are top notch. None of that "we uncovered this tape some guy recorded of us at some old show... let's release it" thing happening here. Overall they are all brilliant performances in every aspect; appropriate for such a brilliant band. If you're a fan of The Jam, this release should be in your collection.
