    One of the best things a business can do is take a negative experience & turn it into a positive. I received this drum & suspect that since my printer is SO old, so are repair parts for it. When this unit performed very poorly (pictures provided), this seller quickly (same day) responded w/a full refund. I REALLY APPRECIATE that. At first, I was bummed thinking I'd lost money & was going to go thru a lengthy refund process w/some probability it wouldn't be approved. Thank you! Continued success

    Waiting to install

    I am reviewing more the shipping aspect of the product as we have not installed it yet. More complicated to install than originally thought. Will give another rating once we get it installed. But based on looks, its' the real deal.
