I was unable to determine if it had the internal webbing so returned it as possibly substandard as it had no place of manufacture on it or the packaging. This is a very important safety item on the steering and essential to have known quality.     Will resale for best offer

    Part was ordered for someone who didn't do her homework. The part is exact for the stock engine but the cai etc. has been modified and tuned. We needed to replace with a different maf. The part plastic bag was opened and thus I can not return. Unused part is brand new and will fit many cars. Check for fit on product info. Lots of options.

    JUNK!! Don't Buy.......
