    good for circulation

    I use vitamin E for its blood thinning ability. It helps with bad circulation, but, doesn't thin like the thinners Doctors prescribe and without the side effects. .According to info I have found on the internet 2400 mg of vitamin E will make blood run like water, so I calculated what i would need to improve my blood circulation without bleeding out when i cut myself. Also to remember that blood too thin and you will bleed out internally. Thought I would add caution to what I do.

    I love the fact that it is high strength, i.e. 1000 lu, and I also like the yellow packing. I think it is a little bit on the expensive site, but it is good quality.
