Buying from him, cost me $10.58 for an item I did not order. I am glad I called EBay within 48 hours, or I would not have received even the partial refund. It also took over an hour out of my day just trying to correct the problem. It's the first time, that I know of, in which an EBay buyer was made to pay for a mistake that was 100% the seller's error. Buyer to date has provided no proof that case would not work for his tablet other than a statement with no pictures to substantiate his claim.
