A tracking link was provided, but it never indicated any progress. After the delivery date passed, I contacted the seller to report the issue. The seller responded in a timely fashion, but gave a lame excuse and wanted to ship the items the next business day. I declined and asked for a refund. To date, they have not responded. So... She prints out labels for items she does not have, making buyers think the item is being shipped, meanwhile she looks for the item but never tells buyers she can't find it. Zero communication! This isn't how Ebay is suppose to work. You don't have items for sale you do not have or don't know where they are!!! Getting really tired of these type of sellers! Making the Ebay experience not enjoyable or trustworthy! The seller said they only had 2 left so I ordered both because we hadn't been able to find that color anyplace else. I ordered them on September 9th but didn't receive them until October 3rd and they weren't green as advertised but blue. I then contacted the seller by sending them an email requesting a refund and instructions on how to return them. I sent that email on October 3rd and it's now the 8th. The seller has not responded.
