Item arrived with issues. I am leaving positive feedback because the communication between the sellers and myself was too notch. I couldn't get it changed and let them know. They told me to keep it plugged in so I did and it charged. I had a double time on so it wasn't working correctly. They gave me a full refund. Top notch service.
