Our research shows that most (90%) Squier ceramic single coil pickups are in the mid 3k resistance range which is where these pickups came from as stated in the description. We suggest you stick to the alnico 2-5 pickups for higher output as they are usually wound hotter. Be prepared to spend quite a bit more though, especially with Fender USA spec electronics. Hope this helps!
