Talked to this seller numerous times that the Rainbow vacuum that I purchased did not come as shown and couldn't use the Power head because the cord was missing, Said he sent it but he didn't. Vacuum arrived with a broken tool caddy because of the terrible packing job. The vacuum rolled around in the box as I picked it up. Wouldn't buy from this seller if he offered to sell for a penny !!
