    The item arrived over a month after projected delivery date. It was not because of the seller, but instead, the Indianapolis postal center. It seemed to get lost in a never ending loop. The seller was incredible. The seller initiated communication with me from the very first day it was late and consistently let me know its progress until it arrived.     Absolutely unacceptable experience! I ordered pants in a specific size as stated in the main description, but the seller sent the wrong size and insisted it was correct. When I attempted to resolve the issue, they outright refused to cooperate or take responsibility for their mistake. This seller clearly has zero regard for customer satisfaction or basic professionalism. Avoid them if you expect honest and reliable service!
