I originally ordered the wrong window (totally my fault). I messaged them and told them what happened. They canceled that order and sent my refund. I ordered the correct window and it was shipped the same day and I received it sooner than I expected. The box has gotten slightly damaged in shipment but when I opened it there nothing wrong.
