The item came promptly, but no care was taken in the packaging. The jacket was shoved in the bag. There was no attempt to fold it to avoid wrinkles, and it was seemingly "balled up". I love the item, but would prefer to not have to apply a full iron on the product to remove stubborn wrinkles due to packaging.
