  I put this item in my shopping cart until I found out it's almost twice the price as it is from the dealer. I removed it from the cart and ordered the belt an compressor. I got email confirmation for the 2 items I DID order. A week and a half later I get an email saying the tensioner that I didn't order was shipped. Tried to contact seller to see what happened. Coward won't respond. DON'T EVEN PLACE THIS SELLERS ITEMS IN YOUR CART OR YOU WILL GET A SURPRISE TOO!

  The item sent does not match the items in the listing photos. The white clips did not fit my 2007 Mustang. When I contacted the seller seeking resolution they refused to help and insisted that the listing stated trimming may be required on 2010-2014 models. The overall tone of the response was rude. I know have the rocker panel removed from my car with no way of installing it today. I have included a photo of the white clip sent by the seller and an OEM one taken off my car Avoid this seller.
