The hearing aid arrived damaged. I sent him a photo and video justifying the damage. And the seller tells me that I have to send the product. I told him that it is expensive for me to send the product. If you are an international customer, avoid purchasing because you will not be responsible for the proof you send (video or photo). You have to spend money to send the product to the United States for its responsibility. Help identify these types of sellers in the buyer community.
