It took a while to get the return label. I had to contact the seller multiple times without a timeline for replacement, only that they would get to it in a couple weeks. I ended up contacting eBay for assistance because my requests for an update were not answered.Reply from: commandcommunications- Feedback replied by seller commandcommunications.- Feedback replied by seller commandcommunications.Buyer had no clue how to install / hook up this radio and destroyed it expecting us to repair or replace it. We have NUMEROUS messages back and forth proving this. All our equipment goes through a 17 point bench check before shipping. We have filed a police report on this buyer, and are going to sue him as well.
