    2002 RAV4: Exchange ECM sent did not work as the car would not start. I sent a message with the issue and they responded within one day. They identified that my ECM has a built-in immobilizer. I sent both my ECM and their Exchange ECM unit back to them. They repaired my original ECM and had it shipped back to me in a week. All shipping paid by them. Car started right up and transmission shifting issues solved! Now I hope it lasts!! I do wish they used VIN to confirm. But, I am happy!!!

    sent my unit in and they were very honest that the module had been messed with before and they would just put back togther and give a credit amount refund just left them $25.00 would use them again . communication was not too easy but im sure they are overwelmed
