terrific service. my package got delayed by fedex. after notifying this seller he said if the package didn’t arrive in a few more days he would refund my purchase and that he would connect with the carrier to see if the package could get delivered.
in the end the package was delivered, well packaged, great quality. while the shipping time wasn’t great, i am giving this seller 5 stars because he shipped promptly and forthe effort to resolve something that wasn’t their fault.

The post office messed up and shipped it to the seller and the order showed delivered. I contacted the seller and quickly got a reply explaining the problem. He immediately reshipped my item. It was a temperature plug for my 1980's Farberware electric skillet and it works perfectly. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
