Delivered promptly and sent a replacement at no charge when the first one didn't work, but these little pumps seem to be useless junk. Neither one worked at all, and it's hard to imagine the seller isn't aware of these problems. Photos show pump (plugged in and supposedly "running") raising the water level barely one inch (2-3cm) up the tube. Second photo shows the next one I tried (different model & seller) spewing a fountain of water a foot high (even without a tube) in the same setup.
