I'm not sure if what I got was seconds. I have two pair of Proper 100% cotton Long/Short. These were marked as 100% cotton Long/Short, but they were nothing like my original pairs. They were 5 inches longer and the material appeared to be a poly/blend. The waist was also a lot bigger. The main reason for the one star, is that I was sent a bad product and still had to pay return shipping.
