Three of the for plates installed quickly. For some reason, the rear driver's door tab's did not line up. What I wanted replaced was actually the stamped metal panel insert of the sill plate. I removed the panel insert from the replacement and installed it on the original sill plate. Fortunately all the tabs in the both panel lined up. I am pleased with the result.
