The Phone was new and arrived on time and was sealed in a box as described. It was an amazing price and with that you need to expect that service may be affected because having employees to respond ASAP cost money. I did send them a msg to verify my phone was shipping same day and did not get a response. So they are slow to reply but they did ship it ASAP
