Item is as described. Item was purchased on 12/21. Seller didn't answer my messages. Seller made a shipping label on 12/24, but didn't actually ship it until 12/27. Seller should have communicated with me, and this neutral rating could have been avoided. I'm actually very easy to work with IF I'm made aware of any extenuating circumstances.
