The seller wrapped the stand pieces in plastic, which was taped, then wrapped the stand and the instruction sheet in bubble wrap, and placed it in a piece of cardboard which had been bent in the shape of a triangular prism, and taped it securely. The Barbie stand is as described and photographed. I reached out to the seller immediately, but instead of offering help, he dismissed my concern as “impossible” and argued it couldn’t be true. After that, he stopped replying entirely and made no effort to resolve the issue. For such an expensive item ($175 t-shirt), this is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism.
