The goods have not been delivered to me even after almost 7 weeks, the seller contacted me only once saying that he would send it to me as soon as possible because after checking the warehouse they could not find it, they say they will order another one. He sent me the money back today without any response. And to this day the goods are advertised as in stock. Irresponsible, at least for me.

Unfortunately all is not true in your story, You have bought the parts the 10 January and I refunded the 29 January which is less than 3 weeks (why are tou talking about 7 weeks ? ) explaining and apologizing that I can't receive them right in time for you. Looks like you prefer to tell your own story than concretes facts. I'll not miss customer like you.
