20mm Fisch brand Black Shark wavecutter forstner bit. Worked perfectly, at least used in my drill press, to recess fender type washers and machine screw heads in 1/4" and 1/2" thick pre-drilled Polypropylene plastic sheets. Only used for about 6 holes, but holes were surgically clean edges and looked professionally done and no dulling noticed in that time. I used slowest speed and made sure to clear the blade of shredded plastic by lifting up frequently. Would not hesitate to buy again.

What I loved about this purchase was the customer service I received. I am currently wintering in Florida and when I placed my order, I overlooked the “ship to” address - yep, went to my Ohio address. I reached to ask about the item being returned and it was explained that my postal people noted I was “away” instead of forwarding the package, as I have been getting mail since September. Awesome people, eh? No problem was the reply and I received the brushes in a few days. Excellent!!

The item was exactly as described. There was a issue with delivery at the expected time. I found out that the issue was with a problem within the postal office regional system .
