Wow!...This is the best purchase I have ever made...even though that company (wecount) is out of business...it was easy to find an app for this thing, unpack it and install it on my phone...everything works perfectly...the only changes I made were switching resistance cables with gymnastics numbered straps...so I can do pure isometric exercises...and cut rings off the bar to attach straps...and now I have fun with it...Thank you.

However, in the item description, it state: "ONE APP UNLIMITED SWEAT--Free Wecount App--including tailored courses.", Which was the main reason I purchased this item. The problem is that the app is no longer active. I sent a notice to the seller to see if there was a known alternative app that would work for this device. I did not hear back from seller. Now, it is past the return date. Disappointed.

I tried to contact the seller but got no response. I wanted to return this riser because the so-called wood is like cardboard and there are 13 pieces that needed to be put together, some are very small and some were missing. I could tell that this item had been sold and returned before because someone had wrapped the parts in kitchen cling wrap and the box it came in was tattered and retaped over. I wrapped it back up and asked to return it but eBay wants a picture. I HAVE ALREADY WRAPPED IT!
