    Poor packing results in broken product

    I haven't used it yet so don't know if it's easy or not. The housing of the appliance was broken during shipping. It was very poorly packed, very loose in the box and I'm sure that's why the case broke. I was able to glue it back together and it works but the packers need to do a better job.

    Not what I expected

    Bought this hoping to make waffle cones. In theory it would be great if it worked right. It cooks the outside of the waffle but the inside doesn't cook the same so well done outer edges and undone middle. Disappointed
