Seller was disrespectful condescending and she teased me taunted me for having broken merchandise. She packed up broken china as if it was in perfect condition and when I opened the box I almost lost my finger. My immediate response was throw it in the trash. I told her about it. She said you didn’t ask nice enough so I’m not giving you anything. For those who received item as described probably don’t have to reach out but if you do. She will disrespect you and disregard your feelings.

FALSE negative feedback. Buyer was calling me names in the very 1st message she sent. I offered to help, she continued to be hateful.
The item was shipped exactly as described. The buyer said the rose had a chip. The chip was noted in the item Description and photos. She changed her story to the item was completely damaged. I offered to refund the item & asked for a photo of the damage. The buyer refused to send any photos of the alleged damage. Buyer has been Blocked & Reported to Ebay.
