Kubey immediately responded with a full refund and hoped I'd like the item they'd shipped as a gift. Six years ago I ordered a mini Kubey due to blade length restriction where I work. It never leaves my side. I am grateful to evaluate their larger knife as a carry companion. I have no doubt it will perform well. Eventually, I will order a different model that reflects my preferences cosmetically.
