Item was bent on the side which I admit was maybe hard (but not impossible) to notice until it was opened. But it obviously wasn’t the item in the picture. I contacted and seller offered a partial refund. A nice offer which I accepted. Seller said they would send it next day. But two days passed and I had not heard back. I had to contact them again and they said they got sidetracked and sent it then. Not a bad experience, but not the best. I just wanted to be honest.

the album is new and sealed as promised the item in the picture was the one that was sent. yes you did contact me Feb 5th after hours i told you i would refund you on Feb 6th a partial refund. yes this was on the back of my mind as i was not at a computer and had other issues to attend to. i sent you a refund on Feb 7th first thing it was only 1 day that had passed since you first messaged me.

I don't see how what I said in my feedback is any different from your reply, with the exception of the fact that you did not mention that I had to contact you two days after you offered the refund because you didn't follow through. As I said in your request to revise, my account of the transaction was honest, and I do not believe a buyer should have to spend this much time on a transaction, especially to follow up on a seller's word or promise. Transaction was okay, not positive. Neutral.

    Fast on its feet prefer previous hardware Keyboard and mouse

    Looks as promoted, new in a open box. I had some minor issues setting it up , only because I did not know the keyboard has a power switch as does the cordless mouse. I prefer a mouse with cord, because I do not like that on desktop if you right click it does not give option for new folder the way my mouse with a cord does. I did not think it moved as smoothly as the mouse with a cord. You can still open a new folder on desktop you just have to open file at top of desktop.I just found it clumsy. Also my new Mac came with a real short keyboard. The numbers all at the top not the numbered keyboard also on left with my previous Mac. I have to use the top of keyboard for doing invoices, not as easy to use.I will be using my old keyboard and mouse . The computer itself is fast on its feet and I ...

    This computer handles all my tasks needed. Can run any game just need to tweak some settings. That display though it’s absolutely unbelievable. So happy with this purchase. Going to be using it for a long time to come. The storage is really small but have an external. But the trade off for that small hard drive is amazing speeds boots up and runs with out any issues. Programs open seemlesly and it will be my main computer for work play and browsing for many years to come.(PRO TIP: Highly recommend another monitor with not such high resolution to game. And if your using boot camp make sure to download some after market fan soft where since t2 chips inhibits fan use in drivers.

    Apple IMac 2020, 27”, 5k

    Fast, upgradable, beautiful and quite. This is the computer to purchase for a last shot at intel based computing under the Apple umbrella. This machine is a work horse and can be expanded to 128gb of ram. Not sure when we will witness new Apple computer to allow being upgraded, so I suggest if you have the opportunity, get yourself one of there- you will not be disappointed.

    Easy setup, plug n' play, brilliant!

    Personally, there's nothing like a great Mac computer. Been my bread and butter and beyond since 1992. Still have an early 2009 i-Mac in active duty, but not in home office/main use now. I absolutely had to update to even use the tools of my career, Adobe CC and Microsoft Office. This 2020 model 27" i-Mac is great, but will need memory, and would've liked a bigger capacity hard drive. Still, this was priced well on Ebay, as described, is really like new. It was open box, so it's basically, yeah, new. They're so easy to set up, really just about plug n' play. Awesome.
