After using the product for over a week, I can confidently say the controller is well-built. Triggers feel nice and responsive, joysticks are smooth with almost no dead-zone, and extra back buttons are good (I had to use the app to map R3 to M3; couldn't do it out of the box). Carrying case is a nice bonus that looks and feels high quality, something that most other competitors won't include for free. Now to my nitpick: shoulders buttons and dpad sound very clicky. Still like it overall though.

I was a bit confused on how to use the item but it came with a manual which is very helpful.

An unfortunate con to this item is that a free app you need to purchase to use more of the item simply doesn't work.

This was a good buy, that said, DHL is the worst shipping company. If there is a forwarding address from the original address it does NOT get forwarded and this almost got thrown away because neither I nor usps, who gets it after DHL Ecommerce ships it does not know about the lack of payment to have it forwarded luckily I called my local post office after they had it for 5 days and where about to throw it away because there's no system for it.
