Galaxy note20 5g. Phone was B rating and was as described. Packaging was questionable with being wrapped in paper and not bubble wrap. The charger was faulty and didn't work. Tried reaching customer service and haven't heard back to see if they would replace the charger. Seems doubtful that they will replace.
