The items (I ordred 2 tablets) arrived quickly, as described, for a great price, and they work great! I was, however, very unimpressed with the packaging used for shipping. There were 2 tablets with one layer of bubble wrap and 2 power cords, shipped in a Manila envelope that was ripped. I'm surprised the cords didn't fall out of the hole during shipping.

    Good tablet for the price

    For the price this tablet is a good option. I was very impressed at how quickly my tablet was shipped and arrived at my home. I'm a little disappointed with a few things. First of all my tablet turns on and off by itself. Alexa is activated without me saying her name. I get an error message a lot when I'm on the internet. It's not my internet that is the issue. I also don't particularly care for the way my photos get downloaded. It's almost like a three-step process and then when I look at my album there's two or three copies of the same photo. I'm not going to go on too much about the negativity because for the price all in all it is a good purchase.

    Ok tablet, but battery fails and Amazon will not support it as manufacturing defect.

    This is my second fire tablet on which the battery has failed. After the 3 month warranty offered by Amazon, Amazon basically washes it’s hands off and you are left with junk non working tablet. It is good till it lasts. Being one of the cheapest tablet around from a name brand, you can take a couple of hits, but do not expect it to last long.

    Good for regular folks
