    The packaging was top-notch and sturdy with a wooden frame, and the product was brand new, matching the description perfectly. I was a bit concerned about the delivery via UPS because the unit contains a compressor and fragile parts. My concerns were not unfounded - the unit arrived in a small UPS truck, and despite the "THIS SIDE UP" markings on the packaging, the box was lying on its side. Fortunately, everything turned out fine - I installed the condensing unit, and it worked perfectly.
