Purchase TWO pair of boots at their listed price. I only received one pair. When I contacted them about when to expect the other pair, they immediately issued a refund. I advised I needed another pair, they told me the refund allowed me to repurchase…..at their newly inflated price. Business 101, you absolutely do not pull that on paying customers. It shows you have no moral character. I paid for two pair, at your price, and you only send one because you feel the price should be higher?
