Tried to cancel directly after ordering only to be told 3 days later that my cancellation was denied due to item already shipped, then I waited for item and it never came and I contacted seller and was told that he already issued a refund which did not happen because I was denied my cancellation! I showed seller my bank statement and the message that I was denied my cancellation and also the message that the seller sent me telling me it already shipped’

Buyer was refunded in full, eBay had an error that told me the order was canceled and i could not refund until eBay fixed it, this feedback is for eBays error and all has been resolved
