    Seller sent the product for another autoclave instead of the correct one that was purchased. When he was notified of the mistake, he sent back a confrontational msg that's basically a "so what? here's a refund." Zero apology for the mistake. In follow up messages he says that I should be grateful for the refund (because of his mistake) and how he has amazing customer service skill because he issued the refund. My suggestion - buy from someone else.

    We did unfortunately pick the incorrect part and send it out. However, when we offered to send you the correct part for free (since it was our mistake), you informed us that you were now in Canada and would need the part shipped there. We are unable to ship to Canada so we refunded your purchase 100% on the spot. Our apologies you had a bad experience with us but we had no other option but to refund you in full.

    OEM all the way

    There is a WORLD of difference between the oem gasket and the dca knock off. Much more expensive but so worth the cost
