      Seeing some good changes this soon.

      I HAVE noticed I'm not craving snacks as much as before. Not sure if it's all in my mind, but don't think so, because usually nothing will stop my appetite! If I do bust open a bag of chips, I only eat half a bag instead of the whole thing, now! ; ) As far as hot flashes and irritability, there's a slight lessening of temp fluctuations, but that may take some time, yet. Only taking this for about 2 weeks. I'm guessing it takes a month or 2 to see some of these changes take effect. I'm still irritable with my boyfriend, but he's always been aggravating and nothing may ever change that - menopause or not!!! I'm happy there's been some slight changes, so far, with taking this product. Also, no weird side effects to report. Will keep trying!

      Doesn't work for me

      I have taken 1 full pack so far and just started the 2nd. I know that the say it takes 2 months till you feel any effects, but I don't think that's going to happen. I still feel the hot flashes. Nothing feels remotely like it's changing. I have almost 2 full packs to use, but I don't think I'm going to buy anymore.

      Good product but problem with weight control

      The product is good and minimizes menopause symptons, however , we have a problem with the weight . Weight is going up without changing food habits which by the way, are very healthy
