Great product for covid times.
This software proves that you don't need a gym membership nor equipement (except maybe a floor mat and a couple dumbells) to get a solid workout. The "trainers" don't have much personality, but your effort is given a score and a "calories burned" estimate is made. Also, some of the "games" are fun while still getting your heart going. If you're reasonably self-motivated, there's enough variety here to keep you from getting bored. Excellent workout for your Kinect system
This game was released in 2012 at the pinnacle of the Kinect interface. The challenges follow a great progression. I have slacked on working out since having kids and I can say this game will push you to actually challenge yourself and get results. The intervals are set up wonderfully to progress through workouts. Personally I have limited discipline to PUSH myself and that is exactly what this Kinect game does.This game was released in 2012 at the pinnacle of the Kinect interface. So much fun!
This series of games puts your body and face on the screen! I have so much fun working out with this. I have found myself ending an exercise and wishing it were longer. YOU need a KINECT system but it is a blast and has tons of thins from games to balance help to Thai-Chi.

I love this game. Once you get use to the light colored menu it is fine. The game keeps track of things online automatically so that is nice. You can look up your calories burned and how long you worked out. Tracking is really wonderful from what I have been able to see. I love the dance routines. The major item I would really like to see is a trainer taking you through the workouts. They are only flagged letting you know what would be good for you to do once you have set your goal. I had this game in 2014. So I had to get it again. Gives a great workout and if you continue you see results especially with the jump rope.
