    Fit my 04 S60 2.5T AWD split plastic tank (engine code 59)

    Perfect way to save $200 off Volvo part # with OEM part. If not 100% comfortable with below pay someone the labor. Must drain tank!! At least below halfway. Disconnect battery, relieve fuel pressure, drain lines and tank. Well ventilation and NO SPARKS!!! Lock Ring (Tighten to 60 Nm.) Google below recall for procedure. (FUEL PUMP RECALL 220 Volvo Cars of North America) 2 x Volvo or URO O-rings, (New part # 9183708) You will need this or equivalent. Schley Products 69800 Volvo Fuel Pump Socket. This is for plastic lock rings, do not attempt with universal 2 point tool! After cleaning manually, hosed off with water, dried with compressed air. Keep cleaning all carefully!! Volvo specs lube for O-rings, I used smear of dielectric grease.
