    My porcelain figurine came today. Yet another one delivered broken. This seller on packed her in loose newspaper. The packaging was not good enough for her to arrive to me safely. I have spent so much money on my porcelain figurines and many have come to me broken. This will be my last purchase from EBay. I am very unhappy about my experience with EBay.

    Again we apologize for your item arriving broken..We packed the best we possibly could w/bubble wrap & stuffed full w/ newspaper tight & "Fragile" stickers all over the box! Unfortunately, we catch the brunt of this situation, not the careless carriers! This feedback is unfair..We issued a full refund & lost money as well..
