The lighted vase was new and arrived in great condition. There was a delay of a few days in the shipping, but this was probably caused by the postal service. I am very happy with this item and the excellent service provided by the seller. This was a very good purchase.

    Great for a starter bow.

Exactly what I was looking for. My 9 yo is learning and loving archery and this bow is the perfect starter.

  • Great starter/just for fun bow for anysize!

I bought this bow for my 8 year old nephew. He's only used a bow in bow shops maybe twice. At first I was a little dissapointed with the look of it, it has the wheels and a basic sight, but doesn't resemble much else of an adult bow. However, after my newphew used it I decided it really was perfect for him and his size. He pulls it back smoothly (I think if I would have bought him one with a greater pull back weight he would've struggled with it.) The bow also works well for bigger kids and even adults who decide to try it out. The really only complaint I have is that I wish the hand grip was larger, and that's really almost a petty complaint. (:

  • Good bow for beginners.

We own two of thes bows, one for each of my sons (10 and 11 years old). The bows are very basic compound bows with a light draw weight, easy for 10 y/os to hold and aim. With only a little practice on basic archery skills, both my sons qualified for their Boy Scout Archery merit badges on the first try. On the downside, 1. The arrows are of poor quality, had to buy new arrows almost immediately. 2. A very strange one piece, shoelace-like, bow string. A standard arrow nock is very tight on the thick string, possible affecting accuracy. 3. I expect that these bows will be quickly outgrown.

  • Barnett little banshee Bow

Barnett little banshee bow is one of the best (“ what I would call an excellent and small enough tool to use as home defense”) I would also classify it as an Advanced bow, (“not novelist, and not beginner”) ! Main Reason being is because It actually has a 25 pound pull which can be increased to 35 pound pull Max ! And at close range it can be deadly !!! Other than that, it is fun to use with target practice and does not tire you as quickly as for example, a 50 pound pull bow would ! I gave it a five stars !!!!! And here’s the clincher, i’ve had mine for over 10 years and it still works great ! Talk about a great Quality product design to last ! 🌊🐺

  • Not sure it's worth it.

Although it looks grand, I'm not sure it is worth it. One of the arrows lost the tip right away, and another lost one of the fins after one shot. The directions were nominal, so you don't know how to set it up for a left hander (although it says that it is for either right hand or left hand). So, if you don't know what you're doing, it is pretty impossible to set it up for a left hander. The arm guard won't stay on (it is very loose), and the finger guard holes must have been made for a two year old. They are very, very small (which didn't match the sizing of the arm guard). I will say, however, that my kids seemed to have fun with it, but think about buying better arrows and accessories. Also, see if you can get some directions as to how to set it up better. I have two lefties and ...
