Doctor recommended a try
My wife's doctor recommended that she try black cohosh for her hot flashes but also said that it usually doesn't work. He said to try one a day for a week or so and then go to two a day if that didn't work. That has't worked either so she will continue to use them until the capsules are gone and then we won't order any more.

I take this regularly to ward off perimenopause symptoms, mainly night sweats and that creepy crawly skin feeling. So much better for you and cheaper too than that other stuff full of god knows what.
