This seller was very helpful in making my purchase right. The item was delivered by UPS and the box it was packaged in was pretty much destroyed. Both ends of the box had been torn completely off and the box wrapped in tape. All the mounting and assembly hardware was missing. I contacted the company and their customer service man, Cody , was quick to respond. I was put in touch with Chris who made sure I had the replacement parts shipped out immediately. Great job!
