The motherboard had both IPMI and BIOS password set which was not mentioned in the ad. It turns out that there are methods to restore passwords on IPMI and BIOS, but it takes some time and investigation to do it, it is not as easy as just push a button. The motherboard was very well packaged and transportation went quicker than expected.
