    Received different beverage glasses than shown. Seller acknowledged the problem and promised a refund. Using the USPS return label I received, I gave the glasses extra protection, putting the seller s box and extra packing material inside a strong larger box. Seller said he received them broken and seemed to be blaming me rather than USPS. He reported having problems refunding me on the eBay website, so eBay gave me the refund that I was guaranteed due to not receiving the item pictured.
