I bought a WD Easystore 18TB External Hard Drive from this seller. It was advertised as NEW. It arrived with the retail box cut open on one side. I looked at the the ad again, and the pictures in the ad show only one side, not the side with cuts. When something is advertised as NEW it means the item and its retail box are new. This item did not match the ad. I asked hte seller to make good on this and the seller refused. BUYER BEWARE. On the other hand, the drive passed drive testing.
