    Received brand new rod but with a broken tip. Had the option to return it but didn’t want to go thru all the hassle. Decided to keep the rod and fix it myself. Mentioned I would do that, but suggested some kind of partial refund for my trouble and for settling paying full price for a brand new but broken rod….no answer, or no communication whatsoever from their part. Ehh..Not cool. 👎🏽👎🏽 Some kind…any kind of discount/ settlement would have been nice and more profesional…🤷🏽‍♂️
