We had a little snafu with USPS but the seller made it right! I would definitely use this seller again. Part was the right fit and fixed my heater! There was an issue with one of the thermocouple cables being assembled wrong, but the one I had was good, so it all worked out. (The ferrel was installed backwards)

This is not a replacement for LH33WZ520. This flame sensor places the rod directly into the flame and is not the right angle that it is advertised to be. There is no option to contact seller that works. Tried to return and was sent a label that cost 5.40 for shipping. This part was between 8.00 and 9.00. I will throw it away before returning it at that cost. Beware..this is not the correct replacement it is advertised to be!

Mediocre quality, needed repair to work.
The two hinges sent did not match, they had different springs installed, and the springs were installed backwards. The mounting plate did not have the screw holes tapped to accept the screws, and the metal is so hardened that self tapping screws would not cut new threads; had to use a tap. Once these problems were addressed, the hinges seem to fit and work OK. We will see how long they last...

Great replacement value
Great price for replacement of hinges on Viking oven door. My only issue was that I couldn’t get it to slide into position because the end of the spring extended out too far to fit it into the small space available. I swapped out the springs with my old ones. Easy. Problem solved.
