    The treadmill is as expected and advertised. It works great. Now getting it to our location was another story. Just know that when you order it is when they'll start the refurbishing process - about 2 weeks. Then they'll set up shipping, and once they do that, it's out of the seller's hands and you'll need to deal with the shipping company. For us, it took 1 month from date of purchase to delivery. We also needed 2 people from our facility to help unload and bring into our facility
